Role: Construction Project Manager Location: Morristown, NJ Salary: $135K Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong track record delivering K-12 education projects in New Jersey? We're hiring a seasoned professional to join our team and lead public-sector construction projects across the state, with a focus on school and educational facilities. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end construction projects in the K-12 education sector, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and school district officials to ensure timely and compliant project delivery Ensure projects meet all requirements of New Jersey state agencies, especially DPMC and SDA Oversee bid processes, contractor selection, and contract negotiations Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards Handle all reporting and documentation required by relevant state entities Experience Required: 5+ years of construction project management experience, specifically in K-12 or public educational facilities Proven success managing state-funded projects in New Jersey Strong familiarity with DPMC (Division of Property Management and Construction) regulations and procedures Experience working with other state agencies such as SDA (Schools Development Authority) is a plus Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus APPLY today for immediate consideration!
