Key responsibilities for a Project Manager include:

Run/manage project from start to finish

Coordinate with superintendent, preconstruction, and subcontractor teams

Negotiate subcontracts and minimize changes to standard subcontract

Manage subcontractor risk and contracts

Conduct analysis and review on budget and other financials

Maintain client relationships

Manage costs, design tracking, scheduling, permits and contract compliance

Develop long lasting relationships

Work with pre-construction, managing subcontractors and working with new and existing clients to cultivate strong working relationships
