We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex renovation and capital improvement projects across a portfolio of commercial infrastructure sites. This role involves managing construction contracts, coordinating with design professionals, and ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with applicable standards, schedules, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day execution of the construction contract, ensuring compliance with project requirements and organizational procedures
Collaborate with design consultants to resolve field-level design challenges and review technical submissions including RFIs and bulletins
Manage submittal workflows, generate and track change orders, and assess schedule impacts due to field changes or delays
Conduct bi-weekly project meetings, produce progress reports, and provide ongoing communication to senior leadership
Lead scheduling reviews using Primavera P6 or similar tools, and coordinate monthly updates with project stakeholders
Maintain jobsite safety, oversee inspection personnel, and ensure code compliance across all construction phases
Review monthly contractor invoices, payroll certifications, and assist in resolving cost or claim-related matters
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
OSHA 30 certification and ability to pass a criminal background screening
Minimum of 8 years of construction experience on large-scale commercial or institutional projects, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing projects over $10 million
Proficiency in change management, cost review, payment application processes, and interpretation of construction documents
Skilled in Primavera P6 scheduling and experienced with online project collaboration platforms
Knowledge of the Uniform Building Code and construction estimating/negotiation principles
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for project site travel.
