Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

Lead project estimating and bid processes independently

Build and manage project budgets and schedules

Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Manage project meetings, documentation, and subcontractor coordination

Ensure compliance with bonding, insurance, and contract requirements

Maintain QA/QC and project safety aligned with OSHA 1926

Cultivate new business opportunities and contractor relationships Construction Project Manager Requirements:

2+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills

OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications preferred

Working knowledge of blueprints, specifications, cost codes, and construction tax laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
