Construction Project Manager requires:
o Strong Project Management experience
o Understanding of Estimating
o Stable work history
o A clean driving record, experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel Word Power Point, Project) is a must.
o Organized, good communicator and great team player who has initiative are all requirements of employment.
Construction Project Manager duties:
o Meet with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
o Obtain and review project plans and specifications.
o Compile estimates by obtaining and analyzing material, transportation, labor, equipment, and subcontractor data.
o Schedule and coordinate of projects with clients, crew, suppliers, and subcontractors.
o Work closely with management and supervising crew to ensure projects are completed following all safety procedures, project requirements and specifications, within given budget and time constraints.
o Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve any difficulties that arise before or during construction, including contract disputes.
o Track extra work and arranging change orders.
