Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial and residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities
Lead project teams through all phases of construction, including pre-construction, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout.
Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory standards.
Anticipate and resolve project risks, delays, and challenges through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Manage budgets, track costs, and deliver accurate financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
Build strong, positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to foster collaboration and client satisfaction.
Maintain thorough project documentation, manage change orders, and ensure all approvals are properly recorded in line with specifications and agreements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a general contractor.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency with project management software (list tools if applicable) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide project teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
