Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish, including accurate cost estimating, budget management, scheduling, and field coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining positive client relationships while ensuring all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial construction projects and field teams from start to finish
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, bids, and contracts
  • Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols are maintained
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, progress, and compliance
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, scopes of work, and construction methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
