Job Title: Project Manager Location: Abingdon VA, Winston-Salem NC

N-Tier Disaster Recovery Solutions is a full-service mitigation, restoration, reconstruction, and new construction company. We are an authorized and approved vendor with all the major insurance companies who send us their insurance property claims as well as the top three third-party vendors. The Project Manager oversees projects within the timeline and budget while maintaining high-quality standards. We are seeking a dependable Project Manager to play a vital role in minimizing damage and restoring properties to their pre-loss condition. In this role, youll contribute to meaningful work that helps individuals and communities recover from unexpected events. The PM can be based in any of the following locations: Abingdon VA, Winston-Salem NC, or Jacksonville NC.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage project from initiation to completion Perform onsite evaluation and create project plan, scope, schedule, and budget Maintain the availability of resources while staying within budget Lead and mentor the team to foster collaboration and professional growth Coordinate and maintain effective communication with the team, clients, vendors, and other parties involved Supervise ongoing activities onsite to make sure theyre carried out according to plan Track project progress, create detailed documentation and reports, and provide regular updates Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, blueprints and related records Ensure safety guidelines and protocols that align with industry standards are being followed Report and resolve any issues or concerns promptly Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: Experience in managing residential and commercial construction projects involving insurance claims Fire or water damage restoration, mold remediation, or a similar experience is an advantage A good understanding of building codes and safety regulations Able to read and interpret blueprints Experience in carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, roofing, and/or painting is preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Detail-oriented and safety-conscious Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency estimation and job management software such as Xactimate and Dash is a plus Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle Able to pass a background check and drug screen
