A leading construction firm is seeking a skilled and driven Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact projects from inception to completion. Lead all phases of project execution including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including contract negotiations, purchase orders, and change order processes.
Conduct and document project meetings, maintain organized records, and ensure all communications are clearly documented.
Oversee project documentation including RFIs, ensuring timely resolution and distribution of clarifications to all relevant parties.
Qualifications:
Experience with building expansion, especially with prefab metal.
Structural expertise, including foundation, drainage, and some HVAC components, is required.
Ground-up and space fit-out experience is essential.
Proven track record managing construction projects in active or exterior environments.
