We are a well-established boutique interiors contractor in San Francisco, CA with a deep backlog of projects ranging from $5M to $25M and are confidentially seeking two talented Project Leaders . We have a reputation for quality design-build projects and are seeking the right Project Managers to join our successful operations and leadership team.

We serve a wide variety of clients in the public and private sector: office, life sciences, technology, healthcare, education, and more. Working alongside the Business Development, Preconstruction, and Estimating team, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading the project and team from early design stage through full completion, delivering 100% client satisfaction.

The qualified candidate has experience with a reputable company leading construction projects in similar market segments, is seeking additional responsibility, and has a desire to grow into a leadership position.

Experience with the following is critical: document review, compliance, contract management, scope, design assist, constructibility issues, submittals, structural engineering, RFPs, design, owner contract management, awarding subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders, creating and monitoring schedules, fostering productive relationships with owners and subcontractors, ensuring proper document control, driving safety policy, and motivating, inspiring, and mentoring others on the project team.
