Construction Project Manager The Construction Project Manager will play a vital role in supporting preconstruction planning, scheduling, and estimating, ensuring regular updates and effective project management. This role involves developing and issuing project projections, managing RFIs and submittals, drafting scopes of work for contracts, and controlling project budgets. Responsibilities Support preconstruction planning, scheduling, and estimating with regular updates. Develop and issue project projections and look-ahead schedules. Manage RFIs and submittals, including maintaining logs. Draft scopes of work for contracts and manage project risks. Assist in the development and growth of other project managers. Monitor and control project budgets effectively. Prepare and process subcontractor and owner change orders. Conduct occasional site visits to projects. Essential Skills Construction management experience. Project management expertise. Scheduling proficiency. Commercial construction knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial construction management. Familiarity with estimating and project scheduling. Work Environment This role offers an excellent opportunity to progress to a direct position, with four additional builds scheduled for this year and twelve for the next year. The work environment will involve overseeing multiple projects, requiring occasional site visits, and collaborating with a dynamic team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
