Position Responsibilities Deliver profitable construction projects from $15 million to over $50 million. Coordinate with the Assistant Project Manager on contracts, testing, inspections, submittals, and project schedules. Work with the Estimator on budgets, scope, and potential issues. Execute owner contracts and track critical submittals. Organize weekly site meetings and monthly progress reviews. Monitor budgets and schedules throughout the project. Ensure all testing and inspections meet specifications. Prepare agendas and minutes for project meetings. Coordinate billing processes with the AP/AR Manager. Manage project close-out, including punch list, manuals, inspections, and occupancy certificates. Minimum Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred. At least five years of experience in ground-up commercial construction. Experience with ProCore, Timberline, SmartSheets, BlueBeam. Safety-first mindset. Problem-solving ability with limited supervision. Employee Benefits 100% Employee Owned (ESOP).
