Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Development: - Lead the planning and development of real estate projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. - Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analysis to assess project viability.

2. Team Leadership and Management: - Build and lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. - Assign tasks, set project goals, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones. - Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Financial Management: - Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints. - Monitor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate financial risks. - Prepare financial reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting project performance and financial metrics.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in real estate development, project management, and construction management. Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including zoning regulations, permitting, and land use planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED certification) are a plus.
