Construction Manager is seeking experienced Project Manager(s) with proven work history in project management, quality control inspection, estimating, or superintending. Experience in government construction contracting for a Job Order Contract (JOC) or SABER a plus. Position will be located at Hill AFB. The contract is a broad range of maintenance and repair work, and a wide variety of minor construction projects. Applicants must have construction experience, government work history a plus. Conceptual, hard bid and unit/line item estimating skills, pre-construction, value engineering, and project management services must be performed. Projects will be a combination of new construction and remodels. Applicants should have a proven record in this industry and be able to work independently with minimal supervision and training. Applicant will work as part of a team to complete projects in a timely manner. Qualifications Degree: Bachelors degree preferred and 5+ years experience with a general contractor, supervising and or estimating multiple projects in the $25k-$4 million range.
