Position Overview: Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ground-up and tenant improvement commercial projects throughout the Southern Oregon region. Youll be responsible for managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering successful outcomes from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities: Lead all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and schedules Oversee subcontractor performance, site coordination, and conflict resolution Collaborate with superintendents, project engineers, clients, architects, and consultants Perform regular financial tracking and forecasting to ensure profitability Maintain safety compliance and uphold company standards across job sites Represent the company in client meetings and support business development efforts Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction Proven track record of delivering projects in the $5M$50M range Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or equivalent tools Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not required) Why Join: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses 100% paid healthcare benefits Local projects with minimal travel Collaborative and stable team culture Opportunity to grow within a reputable, financially strong GC
