Position: Construction Project Manager Company: Hazelwood Homes Hazelwood Homes is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our upcoming residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and final delivery Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and in compliance with building codes and regulations Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and schedules Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services Review and approve project budgets and expenses, and provide cost analysis reports to senior management Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on construction sites Mentor and lead a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential construction Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to construction sites as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
