Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects in the Indianapolis area and surrounding regions. Projects will include retail buildouts, airport facilities, and restaurant construction, both ground-up and renovations.

The ideal candidate will have proven success managing multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will be responsible for budget, schedule, quality, and subcontractor performanceensuring all work is completed to client standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site supervision.
• Lead project planning and execution from kickoff through closeout.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, job site safety, and quality control.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure progress and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, budget targets, and resolve delays or issues proactively.
• Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams during preconstruction.
• Prepare project documentation, RFI responses, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience working on retail, restaurant, and/or airport construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredbut relevant field experience will be strongly considered.
