We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage Commercial, Education & Hospitality construction projects from inception to completion up to the value of $75M. Duties Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. Manage project documentation including contracts, blueprints, and change orders using tools like Bluebeam. Facilitate communication between stakeholders including clients, team members, and suppliers. Oversee the preparation of project schedules and timelines while effectively managing time constraints. Ensure accurate blueprint reading for effective execution of project plans. Provide leadership to the project team by fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in construction management software is . Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate blueprint reading and project planning. Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
