COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Drawing on the Andersen tradition of over 100 years of quality, innovation, and craftsmanship, Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. Our process begins with a free in-home consultation. We then custom-make beautiful, energy-efficient composite windows and professionally install them for optimal performance. We are in search of a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time opportunity to become the Installation Manager for Renewal by Andersen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise the installation crews to assess the quality of installation and customer satisfaction
Adjust the installation schedule based on customer, changes, weather, and any other contributing factors
Complete jobs in the system to ensure installation crews are compensated for completed work in a timely manner
Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on-site and assisting with customer needs
Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards
• Ensure that the department is equipped with an adequate number of crews to meet monthly budgeted goals.
• Inspection of crews as deemed necessary to ensure that work is being installed in accordance with standard operating procedures and impart the Medallia NPS initiative.
• Work with sales manager and sales staff in training of technical issues to not only to increase sales, but to create a smoother production flow.
• Review and make recommendations for subcontractor pay scales based on market conditions.
• Assist with customer disputes not corrected in specific production or service departments.
• Supervising and ensuring the installation teams are meeting the RbA Standards
• On-Site inspections of live installations in progress to ensure quality of installation, adherence to LSWP requirements, proper attire of installation teams, cleanliness of job site and exemplary customer service are being provided.
• Review and approve completed installations/labor bills and address and resolve any that contain items not standard to our labor rates in our system.
• Ensures the office is supported by a professional, well trained installation team of associates, as well as an adequate number of compliant sub-contractors to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist and support interaction with Installation Coordinator team and management to ensure that the installation department is following procedures and running efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Preferred (not required): College degree desirable
• Lead Safe Work Practice preferred
• Exquisite Customer Service Skills with job troubleshooting as a key component
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to listen
• Minimum 2 years of experience measuring, installing, or servicing windows
Minimum of 2 years experience in Residential Construction and Project Management
• Objectivity & professionalism
• Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat
