Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager for one of our top clients in Reno, NV. A Project Manager at this Geothermal site streamlines project delivery by developing processes and documented procedures. They manage activities such as pad construction, well permitting, drilling, and interventions, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and logistics are well-defined and executed. They support well field development, collaborating with specialists to plan multi-well drilling campaigns. Handling various documentation, they ensure high-quality work at job sites, manage budgets, control costs, and coordinate procurement. They plan and adjust timelines, conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety, and perform post-project reviews to identify improvements. Additionally, they assemble project turnover documentation and enhance project management processes within the Resource Team.

Salary $97,400- $121,750 with an annual bonus potential of 2-15% based on individual and company performance

- PMP certification

- multilingual or bilingual - Bachelors Degree in Business/Engineering/Construction management or related feld - Willing to travel across Nevada as well as Southern California/Imperial Valley o Overnight travel involved! - 5+ years of experience in construction project management role - knowledge of geothermal, electrical and piping - experience supervising 1-2 large projects builds at a time - experience overseeing a construction project from design to operation (will be required to create a budget , schedule and risk matrix for a solar PV project)
