Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective project coordination, time management, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules while coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Utilize software tools such as Prolog, HeavyBid, ProCore, and other project management applications to track progress and manage resources. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with design specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction. Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets while ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication and collaboration. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies. Proficiency in using construction management software such as Prolog, HeavyBid, ProCore, or similar tools. Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics accurately. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of project coordination. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while demonstrating leadership qualities. Knowledge of construction estimating practices is highly desirable.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
