Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of Project Management experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on Electrical work. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and budget goals are met on commercial and federal jobsites.

Key Responsibilities: Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and clients Lead project meetings and ensure schedule milestones are met Oversee budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Ensure compliance with safety regulations and federal contracting requirements Provide technical support and field coordination specific to electrical scopes

Qualifications: 7–9 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in construction Strong background in electrical systems within commercial and/or federal projects Working knowledge of construction documentation, processes, and scheduling software Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects Excellent communication and leadership skills Familiarity with federal contract requirements and regulations a plus
