ABOUT THE POSITION As a Project Manager for commercial projects in Silicon Valley, you should have: 4–5 years of Bay Area commercial GC experience as a Project Manager Proven success managing $2M–$20M complex, technical projects Strong knowledge of design/build and MEP design-build processes Already established relationships with local subcontractors Leadership skills to manage and mentor a project team
COMPENSATION $110,000-$160,000 based on experience
