Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from pre-construction planning to final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Promote a culture of safety and enforce compliance with safety standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
