Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects from inception to completion for one of our top partners in the electronic component manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget—while maintaining compliance and high quality.

This is a TEMP opportunity, Pay $75-$90/hr


Key Responsibilities:Project Management
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Estimate resources and manage them effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and legal standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets; track costs to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Create project charters, business cases, and detailed project plans.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project scope, timeline, and budget; adjust plans as needed.
  • Manage vendor and supplier contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, safety, and schedule.
  • Apply industry best practices and standards throughout execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies.
  • Deliver comprehensive project closeout packages with lessons learned.
Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track project progress and provide updates to the PMO and stakeholders.
  • Propose corrective actions for deviations from project plans.
PMO Support
  • Maintain accurate project records, including minutes, reports, and documentation.
  • Manage project master list and maintain PMO templates.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for executive updates and decision-making.
  • Support administrative processes such as invoicing, budgeting, and procurement.
Coordination & Communication
  • Ensure effective communication among team members, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships to support timely and quality delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or 5 years of professional experience.
  • Proven success managing full lifecycle construction projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, CAD, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
