Position Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Construction Project Manager, where you will oversee exciting construction projects from inception to completion. This role is crucial for ensuring project success through effective scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and exceptional client communication. This position is based 100% on-site in Richland, MS, and the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease. Key Responsibilities: Lead all project phases to achieve client and company objectives. Create and manage detailed project budgets, conducting job cost reviews and updating financial forecasts. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers; manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders efficiently. Facilitate and document meetings throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-construction, progress, and close-out meetings. Maintain thorough project documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), clarifications, and contractual agreements. Proactively communicate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred. A minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience is required. Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects in occupied or exterior spaces. Strong comprehension of construction drawings, specifications, and local building codes. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and email communication. PMP certification, LEED accreditation, or a state general contracting license are advantageous. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A proven ability to manage multiple active projects concurrently.
