Local general contractor is has an immediate opening for a highly motivated self-starter Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.

You will be responsible for:

- Establishing and managing the administrative requirements of projects

- Reviewing, understanding, and complying with all contract requirements between owner and contract

- Reviewing and understanding the project estimate and developing and managing cost control and document control procedures

- Total project delivery, including project costs, scheduling, client relationships, and profitability

- Regular project cost updates, contract buy-out updates, estimated ours cost to complete reports

- Submitting timely and accurate progress billings and ensuring timely collection of funds from the project owner.

- Timely project close-out.

You must be a team player and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and maintain good relationships with clients, owner reps, consultants, partners, and company executives and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
