Based on Florida's scenic Treasure Coast, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage exciting, high-quality projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Launch- Create detailed project timelines, budgets, and scopes.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and permitting agencies.- Financial Oversight- Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle change orders.- Approve invoices and ensure fiscal accountability.- Team Leadership- Direct subcontractors, labor teams, and on-site personnel.- Foster a safe and collaborative project culture.- On-Site Execution- Oversee day-to-day construction progress and logistics.- Conduct job site inspections and enforce code compliance.- Risk & Quality Management- Resolve conflicts and manage delays or unforeseen challenges.- Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards.- Client & Vendor Communication- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.- Provide regular progress updates and maintain project documentation.- Project Closeout- Conduct final walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and close out projects.- Deliver all closeout documentation and obtain final client approval.
Qualifications- 7+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.- Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and safety standards.- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.- Proficient with construction management tools and software.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.- Valid driver's license; willingness to travel to project sites.- Preferred Certifications- PMP (Project Management Professional)- OSHA 30

Schedule- Full-time - Monday to Friday- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required depending on project timelines.
Location- Hybrid position with site visits primarily throughout the Treasure Coast region of Florida. Travel to active job sites required.
