About the Role As a Construction Project Manager, youll take ownership of day-to-day operations for complex construction projects while leading a high-performing team. From planning and execution to financial performance, youll guide your projects using business practices rooted in our core values: people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence. Youll receive assignments in the form of strategic objectives and goals, with guidance on how to achieve them. In this role, you will: Direct team members according to established policies and practices Recommend updates to team or departmental policies Be accountable for results and subject to management review for goal achievement This role requires: Analyzing complex issues and determining action using sound judgment within existing policies A high level of discretion, as errors or delays can significantly impact project schedules About You Youre a dynamic leader with a track record of driving positive results. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred Experience: 5+ years in electrical construction or related activities in a leadership role, managing multi-million-dollar projects 5+ years managing people and projects in commercial, utility, alternative energy, or data center markets Preferred: Experience with Casino/TI OR Hospital/Biotech/Cleanroom construction projects Other Requirements: Valid state-issued drivers license Satisfactory driving record
