Job Overview: Wayne Frier Home Center is looking for an experienced and hands-on Construction Project Manager to oversee the setup and delivery of manufactured and mobile homes. You'll be responsible for coordinating every aspect of home installation-ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met while delivering exceptional service to homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage all construction aspects of home installation from permitting to final walk-through.- Coordinate scheduling and logistics with contractors, utilities, and service crews.- Oversee and inspect home setups to ensure compliance and quality control.- Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth project flow.- Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines.- Communicate proactively with customers and the internal team.- Maintain accurate job records and documentation.

Qualifications:- 3+ years of residential or manufactured home project management experience.- Knowledge of permitting, site prep, utility connections, and final trim-out.- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.- Familiarity with construction management tools and Microsoft Office.(Spreadsheets)- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
