Summary: Seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee project development, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of construction projects. Requirements: Engineering or Construction Management undergraduate degree required 5+ years Project Management experience on commercial/institutional projects Experience with bidding work, developing work scopes, subcontractor management, project scheduling, and cost reporting Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required Microsoft Project proficiency expected Preferred Skills: Masters in Construction Management a plus OSHA 30 certification a plus Procore and CMiC knowledge a plus Knowledge of Building Information Modeling and Revit software desired Responsibilities: Develop work scopes, solicit bids, conduct scope reviews, and negotiate subcontracts Communicate with clients to assure satisfaction and resolve project issues Develop and maintain overall project schedules; collaborate to avoid delays Review/process submittals, pay applications, and other documentation timely Manage subcontractors; coordinate/communicate professionally with them Prepare project reports including cost reports, monthly updates, and schedule updates Facilitate RFI resolution with Owner and design team Oversee change order management process Responsible for overall project financial management Support bid pursuits, proposal preparation, and new client development Develops and adheres to quality control plan
Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
