Our client a Japanese real estate developer is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. This position supports new and existing projects and requires a strong understanding of construction management, engineering, real estate, and regulatory processes. Title: Construction Project Manager Industry: Real Estate and Development Type: Full Time Direct Hire Salary: 110K- 125K (Depends on experience) Location: Irving TX JOB DUTIES: Oversee and manage construction projects (design reviews, scheduling, stakeholder coordination). Collaborate with developers, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project compliance. Monitor performance and resolve construction issues with stakeholders. Analyze data related to high-profile public/private development projects. Conduct market research and stay current with real estate industry trends. Maintain detailed records, reports, meeting notes, and filing systems. Prepare and edit correspondence for internal and external communication. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or planning. 10+ years of experience in construction project management or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced preferred), Office Suite, Adobe, Google Workspace. Experience with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, BIM 360). Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of permitting, plan review, construction contracts, and blueprint reading. Experience working in a global company preferred.
