Role Description This is a full-time role for a Construction Project Manager, based primarily in the office, with days at the project sites. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project coordination, manage construction projects from inception to completion, handle budgeting, and ensure adherence to construction management protocols. Daily tasks will include planning, scheduling, executing, and finalizing projects, while meeting budgetary and time constraints. Qualifications Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management on similar size projects. Strong leadership and communication skills Strong work ethic and track record of taking responsibility for success. Experience in multi-family work is a plus, though we work across industries.
