What You'll Do: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals Develop schedules, budgets, and work plans while proactively mitigating risks Oversee procurement, change orders, RFI processes, and job costing Lead and mentor project teams to ensure top performance and accountability Ensure full compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and regulatory standards Experience: 5-10 years of experience in project management within commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred If you are interested please apply!
