Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Run multiple commercial projects at the same time.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site concerns.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

A successful Project Manager should have:
