Job Details
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all phases of construction from budgeting to final delivery * Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure quality control * Drive schedules, manage budgets, and proactively mitigate risks * Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal teams * Mentor junior staff and foster a positive jobsite culture
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of PM experience in commercial or institutional construction * Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar * Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms * Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
