Project Manager – Architectural Precast Manufacturing

Stonecast is a leader in architectural precast manufacturing, known for producing custom, high-end concrete elements that shape commercial and industrial skylines. We are seeking a Project Manager with a background in architectural precast, general contracting, or manufacturing project management to drive projects from concept to completion.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Stonecast, you'll be the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, and our internal teams. You'll coordinate all phases of precast construction projects - managing timelines, shop drawings, production schedules, change orders, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of assigned projects post-award
  • Lead coordination with clients, vendors, engineers, and internal departments
  • Oversee external drafting and engineering teams to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Facilitate jobsite mock-up approvals, RFIs, and change order processes
  • Monitor production progress and attend daily meetings to ensure alignment
  • Use scheduling tools to track milestones, identify risks, and maintain accountability
  • Drive timely project delivery while maximizing quality, safety, and profitability

Preferred Background

  • Experience in architectural precast manufacturing
  • OR experience as a project manager with a general contractor
  • OR experience in manufacturing with a strong project coordination focus
