About the Position: Allied Resources is looking for a Project Manager for an exciting Full-time opportunity with a forward thinking and innovative Life Sciences EPC firm. Job Responsibilities: Lead business acquisition efforts including proposal development, pre-bid meetings, and coordination with sales and design teams for resource planning and budgeting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Pre-construction, Supply Chain, Construction, Engineering, and BIM/VDC to ensure alignment with project and business objectives. Develop and manage Project Execution Plans, schedules, manpower plans, budgets, earned value tracking, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and financial goals are met while managing internal/external meetings, reporting, and client relationships. Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to project managers, engineers, and technical staff; support professional development and performance goals. Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, tools, and standard operating procedures; foster innovation across teams. Support quality assurance by contributing to project-specific quality plans and helping enhance the overall quality management system. Demonstrate advanced client management, organizational, and communication skills with a strong focus on results, team leadership, and strategic alignment. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering (from accredited program) - preferred 7+ Years Experience as a PM and/or a related firm Proficient in PM tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera (P6 Proficient in MS Office Suite and other MS Applications EEO Policy: Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
