Job Description:
YOU MUST HAVE DETAILED COMMERCIAL DRYWALL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team here in Orlando Florida: As a PM , you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and project evaluations.
You will collaborate with various teams within the company, including other project managers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure the success of our construction projects.
Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment required for construction commercial Drywall projects.
Conduct thorough take-offs and measurements from architectural and engineering drawings to determine quantities for pricing.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather relevant information and clarify project requirements.
Prepare detailed pipe bid proposals, including breakdowns of costs and timelines, and present them to clients and stakeholders.
Evaluate and analyze subcontractor bids, negotiate pricing, and select qualified subcontractors for specific projects.
Monitor and track changes to project plans, specifications, and timelines and adjust cost estimates accordingly.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and pricing fluctuations to ensure accurate and competitive cost estimates.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project meetings as required.
Provide support during the project execution phase, including change order evaluations and cost tracking.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, or a related field or
(equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a PROJECT MANAGER WITH DRYWALL and FRAMING, in the Commercial Construction sector and (Capital Projects exp a plus) (PLEASE NO RESIDENTIAL!!!)
YOU MUST HAVE DETAILED COMMERCIAL DRYWALL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
Book of Contacts from developers, property managers, construction managers and trusted subcontractors.
Business Development experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of construction DRYWALL materials, methods, and best practices.
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering DRYWALL and FRAMING drawings.
Familiarity with construction estimating software and tools.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
Professional certification (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator) is a plus.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year to start plus bonus
