Job Functions: Accountable for the complete project scope, team, and overall success of your project. Manage the process from project initiation to closeout, working closely with your project team. Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients. Lead pre-construction activities, including site surveys, vendor selection, and preparing client proposals. Participate in estimating to generate bid packages. Manage and maintain the master project schedule, timelines, and milestones. Provide weekly updates on all projects to clients and executive management. Assist in the project award process and in preparing subcontract agreements. Ensure timely and accurate subcontracting and change orders. Verify weekly project reports for progress, manpower, and general information. Lead safety and OSHA compliance efforts on projects. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related project management experience. A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through project interactions. Experience with scheduling, basic estimating, or market pricing, and managing personnel, vendors, and subcontractors. Experience in retail, quick-service restaurants, big box stores, and shopping centers. Knowledge of new construction, remodels, and retrofits. Ability to analyze risks related to schedule, cost, and reputation. Proficiency in budgeting, forecast budgeting, and project cash flow management. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite; experience with Procore, Blue Beam, Smartsheet, and Building Connected is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and logical thinking. Willingness and ability to make things happen, demonstrating leadership and communication skills. Analytical thinking and ability to value engineer complex projects. General sales skills and ability to represent the company with pride and integrity.
