In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing concrete projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Manage and oversee concrete projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare accurate estimates for project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in the concrete industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
