Construction Project Manager-Healthcare Facilities

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily leadership and oversight for project teams, including Quality Managers, Office Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Administrative Assistants.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained across all assigned projects.
Lead estimating turnover and project kickoff meetings.
Oversee pre-construction planning and risk management.
Write and analyze subcontracts; prepare subcontractor bid comparisons.
Manage subcontractor pre-qualification processes.
Coordinate procurement of materials, rental equipment, and formwork with the Superintendent.
Initiate and manage change orders and all related Owner communications.
Facilitate and lead weekly project meetings; provide ongoing progress reporting.
Prepare and submit monthly billing; maintain change order and cost tracking logs.
Monitor and update project schedules; expedite delivery of critical materials.
Review monthly job cost reports; develop accurate financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards on all job sites.
Oversee project closeout procedures including the collection and submission of warranties, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum  10 years  of experience in  commercial construction , with a significant focus on  healthcare facilities  and  inpatient acute care  projects.
In-depth understanding of healthcare construction codes,  AHCA ,  Joint Commission  requirements, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Proven success managing complex projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, client-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
