Construction Project Manager/Superintendent

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Manage the performance of subcontractors, vendors, and coordination with public agencies to ensure compliance with all regulations and permits. Work closely with tenants during the construction process to finalize finishes, choose equipment, and coordinate specialty items. Ensure the smooth delivery and installation of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Monitor project financials and ensure all necessary documentation is completed for financial closeouts.

What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in construction project management or superintendent roles. Presently lives and works in Southern Nevada. Strong ability to read plans and specifications, with a solid understanding of construction methods and building codes. Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and vendors while keeping projects on track and on budget. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and personalities. Ability to manage sensitive project timelines and deliver results under pressure. OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Compensation: Pay: $125,000+ based on experience.
