Our client, A well regarded expert in Construction Project Management and Engineering, needs a Construction Project Superintendent for a variety of projects. This will be ongoing work and could be for Civil or commercial projects. The candidate should have experience managing construction and engineering projects in Mass. for State and local government, work with engineers, sub-vendors, project accountants and related stakeholders. this i someone who can problem solve. A lot of the work is on the surety side and the person needs to problem solve. Locations will be throughout the state but include: * Town of Oxford * Town Holyoke * Town of Lee & West Stockbridge * Town of Westford * Middleborough Bridge * City of Newton * Town of Sharon & Walpole Candidate will be a consultant on a 1099 and compensation will be $50-60 per hour depending on experience.
