Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Superintendent to join a rapidly growing team with one of the leading construction companies in Arkansas!

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a superintendent and a strong background in overseeing large-scale multi-family new construction projects. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This includes coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards.

This role requires the candidate to be located in Central Arkansas, with flexibility and willingness to travel as needed. Travel is incentivized, and a company vehicle is provided.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annual base salary, plus bonus potential. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent, or similar supervisory role within construction industry

Proven track record in managing multi-family new construction projects, including oversight of utility installations

Willingness to travel as needed based on project location and requirements

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Hands-on experience with Procore or similar construction management software

Strong ability to read, interpret, and execute project plans and specifications

Experienced in subcontractor coordination, including scheduling and deadline enforcement

Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills, with ability to prioritize competing demands null
