We are presently conducting business throughout the Pacific Northwest as well as Colorado. Currently, we are looking for a Construction Quality Control Technician with a clean driving record to join our Colorado team!

*Essential Functions*

* Overseeing the quality on each jobsite. * Preform small repairs for warranty requests * Deliver materials to the job sites if needed * Must be willing to travel to and from job sites throughout the state of Colorado and possibly into Wyoming. Eventually a company truck will be available, but currently the position will require you to use your own truck. Mileage reimbursement is available.

*Skills & Abilities:*

* Must have a moderate to strong background in carpentry and construction * Willing to perform manual labor * Time management skills required for start/end and daily tasks * Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment common to the construction industry * Willing to work on ladders and with moderate heights and confined areas as needed * Willing to work alone and within teams effectively and interact with clients moderately * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable with routinely shifting demands * High degree of attention to detail * Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks * Ability to work outside in all weather conditions * Must be punctual and reliable * Willing to work overtime * Other job duties as needed

*Work Environment*:

Will work in outdoor environment or buildings with/without heating or air conditioning. Will be expected to travel as needed from job site to job site. Hours will vary with site conditions.

*Physical Demands:*

Required to stand, walk, run, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, climb stairs; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, see, talk and hear. Communicating with others to exchange information. Must be able to adjust, lift or move objects up to 100 pounds in all directions.

*Wage $25 - $35 per hour*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
