Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Safety Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of construction operations, fostering a culture of safety, and implementing effective safety programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for us on a W2 basis.

Extensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage safety teams and liaise with project stakeholders.

Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

Experience in managing safety for large-scale construction projects.

Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Lead safety training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
