Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections.

Proven experience in developing and implementing safety training programs.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

Experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Proficiency in using safety management software.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits at construction sites.

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.

Provide safety training and guidance to construction teams.

Investigate incidents and accidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety compliance.
