Job Description The focus of the Account Representative is to create and maintain strong lasting relationships with our clients statewide in the directed markets. With strong relationships from existing clients, our Account Representatives are tasked with developing and selling projects and services within the broad range of W.N. Kirkland market deliverables.
Essential Functions Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Engage in a team selling environment that utilizes internal and external subject matter experts to provide unique and value driven solution to our customers.
Operate as lead point of contact for assigned customers.
Develop, present and maintain Account Management plans for assigned customers.
Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity information in the company CRM and other tools.
Present products and services to existing and future customers.
Maintain highest customer service with external and internal customers.
Negotiate terms of agreements and closing of sales.
Ensure timely delivery of proposals to customers.
Create detailed proposal documents and presentation.
Gain clear understanding of customers’ needs and requirements.
Maintains high level of knowledge in the HVAC industry.
Negotiate with customers, solve problems and make sure deadlines are met.
Full understanding of market contracts, best practices and competition.
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a customer to securing a deal.
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers dedication.
Remain in frequent contact with the customers in your responsibility to understand their needs.
Attend internal and external conferences, training, meetings, and industry events.

No direct reports will be assigned in this position but managing internal relationships and team building is key.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, on our customer’s job sites and remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, tablets, estimating and CRM systems.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and regular hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; however, this position can regularly require long hours and frequent weekend work.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education and Experience
A college degree is preferred but proven experience and industry experience will be taken into consideration.
At least 5 years of identified HVAC market experience, commercial construction sales or account management. Why Choose Us?
