Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm celebrating over 33 years in the industry, is seeking a full-time  Scheduler  with construction experience in the  New York City, NY  area.

The ideal candidate has  at least 3 years  of experience in the field of construction as a full-time Scheduler, with demonstrated projects they have worked on relating to an array of general construction projects..

This is a full-time, hybrid position in  New York, NY ..

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  include, but are not limited to, the following:

Experience in the developing of logical sequencing of the work, contract durations and phasing.

Ability to work closely with clients, laborers, and project managers to successfully schedule and coordinate all phases of the construction process. Ability and the understanding to fully utilize the computer program Primavera/Expedition. Experience in the review and analysis of claims, time extensions, and impact on costs. Perform related tasks. QUALIFICATIONS  include, but are not limited to, the following:

Associates' degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to construction  required , advanced degree strongly   preferred .

Certification in Procore strongly preferred. 3+ years of professional experience working directly as a  full-time   Scheduler  involved in an array of general construction projects across the New York City Metropolitan area. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Procore, and similar construction scheduling software  required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
